We are often asked about the relation of Hexagon modeling as used in The Creative Thinker software to Mind Mapping. Both are visual thinking methods but are used for quite different purposes.

The Creative Thinker comes into its own when we are in exploratory or creative mode and, although we have a question in mind, we do not yet know what the central concept is yet or whether there is even more than one.
